Mr. Biju Abraham Korah was appointed as the Honorary Consul of India in the Kingdom of Lesotho on 22 May 2026.

Mr. Korah has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application.

Originally from Kerala, India, Mr. Korah is a distinguished entrepreneur and Managing Director of several companies in Lesotho with interests in hardware supply, construction materials, wholesale distribution and real estate. Prior to entering business, he worked as a Computer Programmer at KELTRON, India, and later served as a Lecturer and Head of Department at Kuyasa College of Education in South Africa.

Mr. Korah is actively involved in community service and served as the President of the Indian Association of Lesotho and Vice President of the Asian Business Council of Lesotho. He has worked closely with the High Commission of India in Pretoria for over a decade in supporting consular outreach, cultural initiatives and the welfare of the Indian community in Lesotho.

Mr. Korah is married and has two sons.
